Placing an order

Placing an order on our website is easier than you can imagine. Select the quantity and additional services, if needed, for the desired card, click ‘Personalize & Order’ button to add your wording, and then follow the instructions on the checkout page. The detail information about placing the order with us is listed below. Step 1 - Making a Choice

On the description page of each item you can find information about ‘What is in the price’ – this list includes everything that comes with a card by default – i.e. you don’t need to pay extra charge for matching envelopes or custom printing of invites. Invitations from the luxury range may include more free options than other cards (for instance, Virginia invitation includes 5 items and 2 additional services).

The additive services from the pricing table are chargeable. Such options like ‘guest names printing’ and ‘envelope printing’ cost £0.35 per card/envelope.

Some cards can have another additive options, such as ‘stepwise inserts’, ‘rsvp envelope printing’ or ‘invitation boxes’. If you want to order service/item from the table, please input the required amount in the appropriate field. The total price will be calculated automatically.

We provide a flexible system of quantity discounts for the invitations and some coordinating stationery. The discount is applied when you input the amount of items.

Personalization of invitations and all the enclosures will be offered on the next stage.

On the description page there is also a button 'Samples'. If you want to see the actual sample of the preferred card before placing the bulk order, please click on this button and a sample will be added to your shopping bag.

Step 2 - Personalization

Select the required quantity of each item from the pricing table, then click on the ‘PERSONALIZE & ORDER’ button. You will be redirected to the personalization page.

Our design team worked out 10 different font styles basing on the most frequent preferences of our customers. These styles you can browse in the first section ‘SELECT THE FONT STYLE’. Tick the style which you want to see on your invitation. In case when you prefer to apply your own font style tick the ‘OWN CHOICE’ button and write down in the field below the names of desired fonts and other instructions for our designers.

In the ‘SELECT COLOR CHOICES’ field, please select the colors of print. The most elegant solution is to use for the wording one or two colors. However, there is also an option for the third color.

In the ‘MAIN WORDING’ section, please input your wording for the main card. Do not worry about the formatting – leave that to our designers! If you require any assistance in compiling a wording, use ‘Wording Examples’ button to browse the variants of text from our Wording Library.

If you chose additional services/items from the pricing table, other sections will appear. It can be ‘RSVP WORDING’ or ‘ADDITIVE INSERT’ wording.

When personalization is finished, click the ‘SAVE & ADD TO BAG’ button. Please note, our website uses cookies. That means, you can store your information on our website only on the current device in the current browser.  

Step 3 - Shopping Bag

After completing the personalization process, click ‘Save & Add to Bag’ and you'll get to the ‘Shopping Bag’ page.

In the shopping table you will see a list of the ordered items along with additive services, their quantities and costs. On this stage you still have an opportunity to change the quantities or return to the Personalization page if needed.

Select please your country from the ‘Country of Delivery’ list – this information will be used for automatic calculations of the shipping charge.
Tick the ‘United Kingdom’ option for delivery within the UK including the Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Use the ‘Worldwide’ option for the ‘Channel Islands’. Tick ‘Worldwide’ for any other destination overseas United Kingdom.

The delivery cost will be added to the total sum of your order. An estimated delivery time will appear in the table. Please note, this time displays only duration of delivery after the dispatch of the parcel. It doesn't include printing/assembling period.

Please select the preferable payment option and fill in your shipping information.

Step 4 - Checkout

To complete the payment, please click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
If you chose payment ‘With a Card or via PayPal’ , you will be redirected to the secure PayPal page where you can select one of the suggested options:

- with a card (Visa Classic, Visa Electron, Maestro , MasterCard, American Express)
- through your PayPal account (if you have it).

After payment has been sent you will receive a confirmation of successful transaction and we will see it as well.

If you prefer payment via bank transfer (remittance, online banking etc.), tick the button ‘Create Invoice’. The invoice will be generated and sent to your e-mail automatically. Please contact once the payment is done.

Step 5 - Proof Approval

Within 24 hours after the order is placed, our friendly and experienced designers will email you the preliminary proofs of your stationery. You will see your wording applied against the photograph of the card. We start the printing only after a final mock-up is approved.
Please check your proofs carefully – it is a responsibility of customer to provide us with accurate text.

Step 6 - Printing & Assembling

The printing can be done digitally on our professional printing machines or by means of foil stamping.
Printing usually takes 2-3 business days. All stationery is dispatched fully assembled – all ribbons are tied, pockets are glued, sides are folded etc.

Your order will be thoroughly packed in the protective plastic to ensure arrival safe and sound.

Step 7 - Delivery

Your order will be delivered in accordance with the timeline outlined in the Shopping Bag. A confirmation letter with tracking information will be e-mailed upon dispatch. The tracking of your order will be available on the ParcelForce website for the UK destinations and via the EMS for other destinations. Read about duties for non-EU destinations.
